Overview
Pure Hypower provides comprehensive racking inspections and torque verification services for utility-scale solar installations. Our process is designed to identify deficiencies in the mechanical integrity of the array before they develop into larger operational, structural, or maintenance concerns.

Our technicians conduct a systematic visual inspection of the racking system, identifying conditions such as loose or missing hardware, displaced components, damaged or improperly positioned clamps, alignment issues, corrosion, abnormal movement, and other visible deficiencies that may affect the integrity or performance of the array.

In addition to the visual inspection, Pure Hypower performs torque verification of designated racking connections using calibrated torque equipment. Testing is conducted in a meticulous and organized manner, following a defined inspection sequence to ensure consistent coverage across the site and minimize the potential for missed connections.
